Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By using Tenor Analytics ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Shahin Khan (trading as Tenor Analytics), registered as autónomo in Spain.

2. Description of service

Tenor Analytics provides AI-powered data analytics reports. You upload a data file, we analyse it and deliver a PDF report to your email address. We also offer consulting services described separately on our Consulting page.

3. Account registration

Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Payment terms

• All prices are in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT where required.
• Pay-per-report purchases are charged at the time of order.
• Subscription plans are charged monthly or annually in advance.
• All payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Refund policy

• Pay-per-report: non-refundable once the report has been delivered to your email.
• Subscriptions: if you are not satisfied with your first subscription charge, contact us within 7 days for a full refund. Subsequent charges are non-refundable.
• If we are unable to deliver a report due to a technical error on our side, you will receive a full refund or credit at your choice.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload files containing illegal content or personal data of others without their consent.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service.
• Resell access to the Service without written permission (Agency plan clients excepted).
• Upload files containing malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

You retain full ownership of your uploaded data. The generated reports are licensed to you for your own business use. The Tenor Analytics platform, brand, and code remain the property of Shahin Khan.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated analysis is provided for informational purposes and should not be treated as professional financial, legal, or investment advice. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any output before making business decisions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tenor Analytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified by email.
