Common questions

How long does it take to receive my report?
Most reports are delivered within 2–5 minutes of payment confirmation. Larger files with complex data may take up to 10 minutes. You will receive an email with your PDF attached.
What happens to my uploaded file?
Your file is encrypted and stored temporarily in Cloudflare R2. Once your report is generated and delivered, the raw file is automatically deleted within 24 hours. The generated PDF report is kept for 30 days so you can re-download it if needed.
What format should my data be in?
We accept CSV files, Excel files (.xlsx and .xls), and public Google Sheets links. Your data should have columns for date, revenue amount, and product or item name at minimum. The more columns you include, the richer the analysis will be.
Can I get a refund if I am not happy with my report?
If the report fails to generate correctly due to a technical error on our end, we will refund you in full or regenerate the report at no charge. If the report generates correctly but does not meet your expectations due to the quality of the uploaded data, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Contact us at contact@tenoranalytics.com.
Does anyone at Tenor Analytics read my data?
No. The entire analysis pipeline is automated. No human at Tenor Analytics reads, reviews, or accesses your uploaded data. Your file goes into our system, Python processes it automatically, the report is generated, and the file is deleted. Only aggregated statistical figures are used by the AI — never your raw data.
Can I use a subscription plan instead of paying per report?
Yes. If you need regular reports, our Starter plan (€39/month) includes 3 reports per month, which works out at €13 per report — significantly cheaper than the pay-per-report price. See our pricing page for all plan options.
